CONSEJO DE EQUIDAD DE LIDERAZGO DE CAMPOLINDO DE UN VISTAZO
El Campolindo Leadership Equity Council, fue creado en 2021 y es una nueva rama de Campolindo Leadership. Este grupo de lÃderes estudiantiles se dedica a fomentar un ambiente de diversidad e inclusión en Campolindo y en la comunidad en general.

LA JUSTICIA RESTAURATIVA
El Comité de Justicia Restaurativa se centra en la creación de una comunidad más equitativa mediante la eliminación de las barreras sistémicas en los ámbitos académico, deportivo y otros. La Justicia Restaurativa trabaja para perseguir una comunidad de inclusión y pertenencia, asà como abordar daños pasados.
EDUCACIÓN
El subcomité de Educación tiene como objetivo incorporar ideas de diversidad, equidad e inclusión en el plan de estudios de Campolindo y la comunidad Lamorinda en general a través del acercamiento a los cuerpos estudiantiles y lÃderes comunitarios.
ALCANCE COMUNITARIO
Community Outreach se enfoca en ampliar los horizontes de Campolindo y construir un ambiente positivo, mediante la promoción de la participación de los estudiantes en la cultura del campus. Community Outreach también fomenta el activismo estudiantil en el gobierno local y asuntos mundiales.
Communications and Public Relations
The Communications and Public Relations board focuses on spreading awareness of our initiatives and supporting the other subgroups in their work through communicating projects to the wider Campolindo Community. The Leadership Equity Council is a new entity in 2021, making this board's task of building trust and relations with the student body vitally important to our equity work's success.
Cultural and Equity Awareness
This board is focused on ensuring equity and inclusion of all students on campus and creating a comfortable environment. This board meets with ASB Diversity Board, helps plan the spring cultural fair, and communicates regularly with affinity clubs. This board is also responsible for attending ASB's monthly equity academies and implementing affinity month programs and initiatives.
Wellness
The Wellness board is focused on improving mental health and belonging at campo through outreach to the student body, This board organizes Frosh Orientation Day in conjunction with ASB, designs and implements Frosh Outreach Programs and designs Frosh lessons. They also coordinate efforts between the other boards and work with the wellness center coordinator and peer advisors of the student union.
